2nd annual Dove Island Lodge in Sitka, Alaska " Dove Island Derby"

Join Pete Gray and his wife Lolly on an incredible Alaskan adventure with something for everyone that enjoys fishing, outdoor adventure, fine dining  all in one of the finest luxury lodges in Alaska.  Dove Island is just a mile from downtown Sitka, Alaska but seems like you are a world away.  You will live on a private island equipped with everything you need including 35 foot full walk around boats for fishing the famous Sitka salmon, giant Alaskan halibut and spectacular rock fish.  Dove Island also has it's own float plane at the lodge to take you to remote Alaskan Adventure to catch salmon, trout and even steelhead in rivers that are so remote, they rarely see visitors. The boats and the plane depart from Dove Island's own dock just steps away from your suite or cabin. 
We will have a Dove Island Derby, where the largest salmon and the largest halibut in the group will draw between them for a free return trip to Dove Island Lodge to defend their title the following year! The "loser" of the draw will receive a fantastic Shimano rod and reel outfit as a consolation prize.
